ABOUT ME
My name is Jason Sousa. I am a coach, mentor and speaker for high performers in all areas, but I specialize in working with dedicated athletes. Those who work with me call me Coach Jay, and you can too.
I am a former pro athlete who had a short career at the highest level. It wasn't due to a lack of dedication, fitness or physical skills. What I learned the hard way was that there is one thing separates elite athletes from those who fall short of their potential; an elite mindset.
That disappointment has fueled my current day purpose, which is to help dedicated athletes master the mental game so they can unlock their very best when it matters most. I have obtained a masters degree in sports education, certification in mental performance and neuroscience coaching. My education doesn't stop there. Whether it is books, seminars or courses, I am always looking to level up to help my athletes level up.
